We combine the character of private boutique-hotel architecture with the precision of industrial engineering, and we deliver fully equipped modular residences on a controlled four-month production timeline. We do not claim your land can take anything, and we do not sell the illusion of zero effort. We tell you what is locked, what depends on your plot, and who is responsible for each step — before you commit. Our ethos is landscape-first. A residence should coexist with its setting, not consume it.

First conversation
Send a location. A pin on a map is enough to start.

Technical assessment
Access, crane logistics, zoning, terrain. We tell you what your land allows — including when the answer is no.

Locked price
Your factory price is fixed in the contract. Site variables are itemised so your engineer can cost them. Financing available through Credia Bank.
04
Four months of production
Controlled manufacturing to European engineering standards. In parallel, your engineer uses our drawings for the permit process.

Transport & installation
Factory QC, transport, customs, crane planning, safe arrival. Your contractor completes it, or our team manages the full site setup for a separately quoted fee.

Handover
Complete on arrival. Documentation, warranty, continued support.

The residence is built on a steel frame. That’s what lets it be craned, transported and set down on your land arriving intact.
Glazing
Triple-glazed,
tempered Low-E
Three panes of tempered low-emissivity glass, two air gaps — 6+9A+6+9A+6. It keeps the heat outside without shrinking the windows, so the view stays uninterrupted.
Insulation
150 mm high-density polyurethane
150 mm of high-density foam, with insulated water pipes. Specified for the Mountain edition, where the residence has to hold its warmth against frost.

Every unit is tested and signed off in the factory, to European engineering standards. A controlled facility, not a building site in the rain.

Midea systems at 12,000 and 18,000 BTU, with a 300 m³/h air-renewal system running quietly behind it. Comfort that doesn’t depend on opening a window.
